To ensure we can give every client the best service and availability, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• One week notice is required for any cancellations or changes — no charge

• 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a $60 fee

• Same-day cancellation or rescheduling will result in a $150 fee

When appointments are canceled on short notice, we often can’t fill that space, which directly impacts our time and business. This policy helps us continue providing the level of care, focus, and quality you deserve.
